As we move closer to Christmas, it’s worth remembering something special about Puerto de Mogán.

This isn’t a resort built just for visitors.

It’s a real village, with real families, traditions, and a strong sense of community that goes back long before tourism arrived.

The Christmas events you’ll see in the coming days — music, markets, theatre, parades and celebrations — are created by local people, for their own community. And visitors are warmly welcome to take part, as long as it’s done with kindness, respect and appreciation for the place and the people who live here.

Christmas in Mogán isn’t rushed or commercial.

It’s shared moments, children’s voices, music in the plazas, neighbours gathering, and traditions passed from one generation to the next.
